Create gorgeous galaxy beads

DIY galaxy stones (galactic beads) are super duper easy to create. Create a wide array of colors and an amazing assortment with glitter nail polish, confetti like sparkling stars and dancing dots.

Then you can add them to a vase or dress up an empty recycled can of soup.  Use it as a pen and pencil holder and give them away as a gift to a friend or family member.

Here’s how I made mine:  Using clear glass beads you can pick up at any dollar store (mine are from the Dollar Tree), simply paint the flat side of the bead with any glitter nail polish or plain nail polish. Then add a 2nd color nail polish or a 2nd coat. You can use clear nail polish as well and then sprinkle thin or chunky glitter on top of the clear nail polish while it’s still wet or tacky.

Layer by layer, mix and match as many different wonderful ways as you like for a fresh look. You cannot fail at creating something unique and different.  Create something that’s out of this world.  Finally, kick back and relax.

Use the spacious skies or magnificent mountains for inspiration.

And now from the word of God, “And God said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and for years: and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.”  Genesis 1:14-15
